Specifications
This rate schedule is valid until May 31, 2010
only for FIDI, HHGFAA, LACMA, AMSA, BAR, FEDEMAC and OMNI members,
and replaces all previous rate schedules / agreements. Changes to our rates will only be
made available via this website and not by individual notification.
Therefore you should always visit our website to obtain the latest version.
The validity of the schedule is always
indicated at the bottom of each page.
To avoid any confusion and/or
discussions, when you advise us of the forthcoming shipment, refer to the
rate and date used. The time between your pre-advise and used rate must
not exceed 60 days. In the event that you only book the shipment after
the 60 days validity, contact us to see if we can maintain the published
rate.

Rates are bases on
the following:
- All rates are in EURO and per 100 lbs net
- Ex arrival port of Antwerp,
EXCLUDING Terminal handling charges, port- and/or reception charges,
deconsolidation charges, etc.
- In case these
charges are COD to your client we will add an administrative handling fee of
min. 25 EUR.
- Minimum density for all
surface shipments: 6.50 lbs. per
cft. gross.
- Minimum charge for LCL/NVOCC
1000 lbs. net.
- Minimum weight per consolidation or FCL
container: 20' = 4001, 40' = 8001, 40' HC = 10001 lbs net
- Maximum billing for FCL shipments (if
one customer, one
address, hhg only): 20' = 6500, 40' = 10000, 40' HC = 13000 lbs net
(only valid for a density below 7.5 lbs per cft gross)

Notes:
1. extra floor: (Belgium,
France, The Netherlands, Germany and Switzerland)

The additional charge
for delivery above 2nd floor will be EUR 2,50 per 100 lbs and per
floor, based on use of inside elevator and/or staircase if possible
without damages to the furniture and/or residence.
2. free storage:
-
The 14 days free
storage only applies while waiting for the shipper to provide the
necessary import clearance documents.

If the shipper cannot
take delivery as per our schedule the storage and handling charges will
commence as of the day the goods are placed into our warehouse.

This does not apply for
loose Full Container Loads - either there will be demurrage and/or
detention charges or handling in/out charges + storage (see storage in
transit page).
